Raspberry Pi is raising the price of the 16GB Raspberry Pi 5 by $80, to $385, and of the 16GB Compute Module 5 variants by $40, because 16GB DRAM is scarce and other components are short. The 16GB Raspberry Pi 500+ keeps its current price, and the company says it plans to reverse the increases once memory costs fall.
